“Welcome” screen or welcome screen - different spelling on pages 13 and 14

Bug Description
At least on the pages 13 and 14 the phrase 'welcome screen' is spelled differently.
First location: welcome screen
On page 13 in the caption of figure 1.1 (Figure .: The welcome screen allows you to choose your language.)
Second location: “Welcome” screen
On page 14 in the second margin note (There are two other options presented on the “Welcome” screen: release notes and update this installer.)
Third location: “Welcome” screen
On page 14 chapter "Installing Ubuntu" second paragraph (If you have already tested out the Ubuntu Live , you should now be familiar with the initial “Welcome” screen that appears (refer to e Live section above for more information).)
