Inconsistent comma usage on page 8 after years

Chapter and page number: Prologue, p. 8 (p. 10 of the PDF)
Type: grammar/punctuation

In the third and fourth paragraphs of 'A brief history of Ubuntu', various dates are mentioned. However, they are sometimes followed by commas and sometimes not. I suggest adding commas to the years lacking them to keep comma usage consistent. The following changes should thus be made:

Paragraph 3, line 4: "2007 Dell [...]" should be "2007, Dell [...]"
Paragraph 3, line 5: "2005 the French Police [...]" should be "2005, the French Police [...]"
