Bug Description

There should be a comma before 'cellphones' on page 9, as micro-computers and cellphones are grouped together (small devices)

One of the benefits of Linux is that it is incredibly flexible
and can be configured to run on almost any device—from the smallest micro-
computers and cellphones[,] to larger super-computers.

The 'and' is strong enough to adjoin microcomputers and cellphones. The comma disrupts the '' phrase.

Can you cite a grammar rule that suggests a comma is required?
