Bug Description
The PDF format of Ubuntu Manual is not accessible gnu/Linux blind users. Perhaps a Text and HTML version can be provided until the evince PDF accessibility is complete.

We are working on having an HTML version of the manual online for the Maverick release. In addition, I'm going to work to make the PDF more accessible.
