Bug Description

I have noticed that Bill of the Ubuntu Mate QA team (and a few others) note in the QA tracker if Mate Welcome launches on first login.

Since Welcome is such an integral part of the Ubuntu Mate experience for new users I think it makes sense to add this to the testing criteria.

As a side note I have not been able to get Welcome to start on first login.

I have added ubuntu-mate as an affected project as that makes sense to me when using other bug reporting systems, but apologies if that was not correct for this case.

From what i know it's a known issue, i believe that it will be fixed in the next big version of the app

Thanks for replying so quickly.

I'm taking "it will be fixed in the next big version of the app" to mean that this will not be added to the testing criteria any time soon.

Is this correct?
