Bug Description

It seems a lot of installation-related tests are still using the Legacy BIOS mode, which shows a graphic boot menu and many choices (select language before starting live session, install "Free Software Only", etc.). For instance, the "Free Software Only" test [1] wording is as follow:

==========
Boot up the image. When you see the aubergine screen with an icon at the bottom, press any key to get the menu
    Language list will appear
Use arrow keys to select language and press Enter
    Language list will close
Press F6 and use the down arrow to get to Free software only and press Enter
    An X will appear by Free software only
...
==========

However, in UEFI mode (which is the default on all recent devices), the boot menu is a much different and simple GRUB screen with:

- Try Ubuntu
- Try Ubuntu (safe graphics)
- Install Ubuntu
- Install Ubuntu (safe graphics)
- Install OEM version
- Test disk

and nothing else. There are no language option, no F6 menu and no "Free Software Only" choice.

I don't know if there are plans to improve the UEFI default boot menu to match the features of the Legacy BIOS one, but if there aren't, these tests should include a section explaining how the Legacy BIOS mode should be activated to see these options.
