Not a testcase bug.
These testcases are generic and used by all flavours.
If Lubuntu Next needs to have testcases naming it that then new testcases specific need to be created to do so, then when Lubuntu Next replaces Lubuntu - the L. Next testcases will need to be removed from testsuites as the testsuite can then revert to using the old testcases numbers.
