Plasma-netbook is not ported to Plasma 5

I know this is a WONTFIX, but I need a bug to recommend removing the test case (e.g. http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/334/builds/89657/testcases/1450/results).

Adding JR to make sure, but I believe there are no plans at all for Plasma5
to include a separate Netbook interface the way Plasma4 did. And Kubuntu
Vivid and beyond will not offer an ISO with Plasma4 even as an option. That
is why I recommended removing this test case.
