Bug Description
In the "Xubuntu GTK3 Indicator Panel" test, it has you launch Pidgin from indicator-messages, where in fact indicator-messages isn't in the panel until the first time you launch a program that uses it. After the first time you launch Pidgin or another application that uses the indicator, then the indicator will automatically show up, even after a reboot.
