Bug Description
Upgrade testcases -
1310 - Upgrade
1498 - Upgrade (image)
These tests don't check that after an LTS upgrade is done that future upgrades are set to lts
Could either check with Updates tab of Software Sources or grep Prompt= /etc/update-

I think I would prefer using the command line prompt (as flavors, Ui's etc) will change the specific instructions doing it via the UI.
