Some Chinese characters on manpages.ubuntu.com appear to be wired. It might be an issue of encoding, please consider to give it a fix.

manpages-zh is OK as the pages are being displayed all right, check the attached picture.

However, the manpages.ubuntu.com does show this problem, as in the attached picture. Looks like two issues there:

1. man pages (zh_CN) for precise haven't been updated
2. the garbage characters are those being emphasized, which I guess could be related to the escape sequences generated being mixed with the chinese characters

I suspect this is because it's using the Ubuntu font, and the Ubuntu
font i smissing some zh characters?
