Bug Description

At acl(5) manpage here https://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/man5/acl.5.html) contains a single reference to ACL_OTHER_OBJ, it is not mentioned in the list of entry types but ACL_USER_OBJ and ACL_GROUP_OBJ are mentioned in the entries list.

The algorithm of checking also lacks any mention of ACL_OTHER_OBJ.

This is in inconsistency with ACL_USER_OBJ and ACL_GROUP_OBJ.
