Bug Description
tcp_frto_response is removed from the kernel in 2013, but it didn't mention in any man pages. People often search for it in the /proc/sys/net/upv4 and they need to spend time to find what happened to this TCP option.
Please mentioned in the man pages that this option is removed and is no longer available in newer kernels.
