Symlink to last LTS release

Bug Description

Why: I usually want to link to just the man page of a command (usually on Askubuntu). More often than not I want to specify the release version. Usually last LTS release will be OK. This make all those links old just two years later. I'm tempted to link to linux.die.net or man7.org, but I prefer the "officialness" of linking to an Ubuntu site.

What: Would be great a link to for eg:

http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/latestlts/man1/update-desktop-database.1.html

Today latestlts is a symlink to focal, but would be automatically updated on next LTS version.

Moreover, if that man page doesn't exist anymore on last LTS version should redirect to last (LTS) version where this man page was available.
