Missing online manual pages for tightvncserver package

There is an online manual page for xtightvncviewer at:

http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/wily/en/man1/xtightvncviewer.1.html

However, all the links to related programs on this page, including:

    vncserver(1), Xvnc(1), vncpasswd(1), vncconnect(1)

are broken links. Most of these utilities (excluding Xvnc),are a part of the tightvncserver package and are installed locally with this package. They should also be installed online.

There is possibly a namespace conflict with other VNC packages which needs to be resolved.
