Bug Description
I ran into one of the manpages.u.c sitemaps and it seems to not use the lastmod field, this might be the reason when you do searches for manpages in Google it always returns jaunty or hardy or some other day manpage:

Maybe we could also use "changefreq" to never on the older releases or "priority" to always point to the latest LTS.
