Oops, we seem to have dropped the ball on this.
Quite honestly, with the handover I'm having a hard time seeing that we have sufficient activity to support a claim for being an approved LoCo team. There *is* activity, but currently (and that's what I am to fix), a distinct lack of tracking of the activities, there hasn't been a monthly report ever, and no meetings to speak of (though I'd argue we hardly need that).
Mailing list is pretty active, and the channel has a consistent membership of at least 14, with a few people coming and going. I'll have to check for the subscription numbers for mailing list and the LP team.
What is the current expected procedure for handling this particular case? I do think we *should* be an approved team, though I do think it will need more work to back that claim and for it to be sustainable. Should we go through a full new approval process or go through the renewal despite it being from November?
