Re-approval, ubuntu-california

Re-approval task bug.
This bug will be used to track the progress of the re-approval,
and make sure that every team gets the needed follow-through.
This bug will also allow us to keep a record of who was approved
and re-approved when. Please keep in mind the only people who should
be subscribed are the LoCo Council, and the team Contact. This bug will
also be kept private, for council use.

Is there any update on this please, all re approvals must be completed by the end of October and we'd like not to have them all in the last week, thanks

Our application is pretty much done but we need to review it once more at our team meeting on Sunday. We need to make sure everyone gets their comments in on the application itself since most of our team members are at work/school during the LoCo Council meetings so it'll be difficult to get people to attend.

I've gone ahead and added the team to the agenda, can you confirm that the next meeting will be on August 18th at 21:00 UTC so I can notify the rest of the team? (/LoCoCouncil still says the next meeting is in March and /LoCoCouncil/Agenda lists the July meeting).
