Hi LoCo Councils,
just would like to ask can we use the same re-approval wiki template as we use before :

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MalaysianTeam/ApprovalApplication

Or we (Ubuntu-my) need to write a new one ?

Beside writing the re-approval application, what else / shall Ubuntu-my do?

For LoCo Councils info, we just update our portal , forums, planet theme / template to suite the main Ubuntu Website and the wiki is on the progress ...

http://www.ubuntu.com.my
http://planet.ubuntu.com.my
http://forums.ubuntu.com.my
http://wiki.ubuntu.com.my

As now days people having their own facebook account , Ubuntu-my quite active writing to our Ubuntu-my Group Wall and having discussion at the forums and also facebook group ( https://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=group_31352971872 )

We also planning to have our Natty Release Party soon but we would like to do it like Geeknic Style ..

Hello LoCo Council,
Here by I would like to request for extend the expire date / re-approval
date of Approved Loco Team (Ubuntu-my) to 2012-10-30 00:00:00

I do apologize that I should email to loco council before our loco get
expired on 2011-06-22 last weeks.

The reason why i'm requesting to postpone/extend the re-approval date
because all the ubuntu-my team members is now doing hard work to update
the wiki, website, forum, planet and etc for re-approval and we in the
process building the team report as per loco council request from each of
the approved loco team. But of cause that we cant build the report from
the previous year but we will try our best to build for a few month
reports for this 2011.

Hi Council,

I'm sorry we haven't had the report in the new format before.
Previously, we put it under activities page which can be found here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MalaysianTeam/Activities

However, I'm working on moving the report to the new TeamReport format here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/MalaysianTeam/TeamReports

We have decided that we will still process your teams re-approval. We will need some time as we are all attending UDS either on-site or remotely. Please note, it is not usually the case, when teams miss the deadlines they will normally have to go through a standard approval process, and will have to wait a cycle to gain (re)approval. We will try to vote by the end of next week.
