Upgrade to HPLIP 3.15.11

Hello,
Please provide a package for HPLIP version 3.15.11.
It has many bugfixes and improvements for Ubuntu 15.10.

Here the same. My Hplip 3.5.7 is broken and can not be installed. And a manual installation of the 3.5.11 hangs. I can't print and scan...

I downloaded the install-script hplip-3.15.11.run from http://hplipopensource.com/ and started the installation on the shell with "sh hplip-3.15.11.run. The script starts and asked some questions. I answered everything with pressing the Enter-button ( = use default settings ). Then the script asks for my sudo password. After typing the sudo password, the script hangs. Nothing happens. I waited for hours ( left the script while I was shopping... ). Then I aborted with Ctrl + C.

I found a directory "hplip-3.15.11", which was created after calling the install-script and there inside a logfile, which contains the following (nothing helpfull):

I found the following bug report: https://answers.launchpad.net/hplip/+question/274669 - this what happens here on my computer.
Will try the solution which is decribed there and give feedback.

Driver 3.15.11 working fine, bug in install script.

Manual installation of the print driver worked, but not the binary plugin. The problem is installing hp-plugin. Install script is buggy. This here helped me (ubuntu 15.10 64-bit, hplip 3.5.11):

It's not a solution - it's a workaround. :-)
A solution would it be, if we would have a working installation package in Ubuntu.

I first tried installing 3.15.11 because my scanner stopped working. Then I removed the hplip package, reinstalled the original hplip 3.15.7 and run hp-setup. Scanner works now.
