Bug Description
Close the UKSC during install apps, reopen UKSC and reinstall the same app, can cancel the installing in the downloading page
软件安装过程中关闭软件中心，
Steps:
1. Open UKSC, chose any app to install
2. During the app installing, close UKSC
3. Reopen UKSC, reinstall the apps
4. Open downloading page, cancel the installing of the app
----Failed.
The installing cancel success

OS: Ubuntu Kylin 16.04 x64 Daily build 20160320
UKSC: 1.3.8-0~308
