Bug Description
Reopen UKSC after it crash during installing apps, the download information doen't sync between download list and app summary page.
UKSC在安装软件过程中重启，
Steps:
1、Open UKSC
2、Select some apps to install
3、Close UKSC
4、Reopen UKSC
5、Check the app statu in download list page and summay page
-->Failed. The download information doen't sync between download list and app summary page.
Configuration:
OS: UK 1510 x64 1504 X64
UKSC: 1.3.3
