Bug Description
No prompt about "**已经运行” after click the "启动“ button again in My application page.
在“我的软件”
Steps:
1. Open UKSC, login UKSC
2. Enter into "My application" page
3. Chose any application can launch
4. Click the "Launch" button twice
-->Failed. No prompt about "**已经运行” after click the "启动“ button again
Configuration:
OS: Ubuntu Kylin 15.04
UKSC: 1.2.1
