Bug Description
When comment application without internet, the comments function will work abnormal even reconnect internet

Steps:
1. Open UKSC, connect to internet
2. Login UKSC
3. Disconnect internet
4. Select any application to comment it
-->Failed. The comments function will work abnormal
Configuration:
