Bug Description

比如youker-assistant，在详细页面显示为2M，进度列表中显示3065K，3065/1024=2.99M
不但单位没有统一，大小相差还是很大的。

这个与Bug #1295975一起跟进吧，大小不一致的原因是小数点的取值问题。
