certainly not a critical bug, but just annoying from a ux perspective
1) double strike shift key to get all caps set
2) type
you'll notice the keyboard itself shows capital letters, but the little "pop-out" superimposed key when typing reflects lower case letters.
single shift does it as well, its just more noticeable when you lock caps on.
