QT5.2: difficult to swipe keyboard down

Bug Description

On QT5.2 image you can't swipe the keyboard down in app or on scope searches, this does not effect the normal images.

I couldn't reproduce this issue, on mako, freshly flashed and upgraded as instructed here: https://launchpad.net/~canonical-qt5-edgers/+archive/qt5-beta2.

I swiped down the keyboard after clicking the scope search text field, and inside the messaging app.

Dave, can you try again and if it fails, please tell us in what device you are testing.

I can confirm this is happening. The keyboard can still be swiped down but now only if you press a key and then swipe down. You are no longer able to swipe it down when starting above the top row of keys.

In qml/Keyboard.qml the swipeArea.drag.filterChildren=true flag was causing drag events in the area between the top keys and the border to be ignorned. Need to set that to false by default and only set it to true if the wordribbon is visible so you can swipe down from the wordribbon as well. WordRibbon is actually a child of the swipeArea.
