[osk] when switching letter-case the layout for URL and email are not correct

Current situation:
When you switch to uppercase you see ‘/’ appears twice and does not include ‘@’ for email or ‘.com’ for URL

When you switch to uppercase, the layout should match lowercase of email and URL
