Bug Description

This is a new test case added in 2024 Oct. 09 [1] therefore this is not a regression but a new failure after updating our LTP fork.

Failure found on Noble 6.8.0-51.52 (test require 6.8 and higher), Oracular is good.

This can be fixed by https://github.com/torvalds/linux/commit/4bed843b10004d9101b49ac7270131051c39a9

However this cannot be cherry-picked like the previous one, it will need to be backported to add corresponding code in place.
And it seems a bit risky as the delta is quite big.
