ubuntu_zfs_xfs_generic testcase 245 fails on n/fips

This issue can be found on noble/fips since version 6.8.0-31.31+fips3 from the d2024.02.29 cycle on openstack instances.
We get the following output:

The test seems to be fixed with https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/fs/xfs/xfstests-dev.git/commit/tests/generic/245.out?id=d9323ad7a05e2705fbd31d5e7c6031bba23b1706, however we're using an older version of xfstests-dev (due to https://git.launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel-team/+git/autotest-client-tests/commit/?id=7c1782d60dd71a839648d182a0b6ea544dba7012) which doesn't contain this commit.
One solution would be to use a more up-to-date version of xfstests-dev and adapt the patch that adds minimal support for ZFS.
