Bug Description

ubuntu_performance_multipass.multipassboot fails on noble due to a python error. This is likely a python 2->3 issue.

Here's an example of the error:

215 File "/home/ubuntu/autotest/client/tests/ubuntu_performance_multipass/ubuntu_performance_multipass.py", line 228, in run_once
216 keys = keys + result.keys()
217 ~~~~~^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
218 TypeError: can only concatenate list (not "dict_keys") to list
