Bug Description

This issue can be found with N-6.8.0-35.35 and N-oracle-6.8.0-1006.6 on Oracle instances.

This issue can be found on noble gke as well, test passed with 6.8.0-1004.7 in cycle 2024.04.29 but failed with 6.8.0-1005.8 in cycle s2024.04.29. (meanwhile it works fine with N-gcp in both cycles)

Maybe there is a test case change here?

It should be fixed in apparmor version 4.0.1-0ubuntu0.24.04.2
