Bug Description

The following issue has been found in io_control01 in ubuntu_ltp_controllers on multiple noble kernels (including generic, realtime, intel and ibm):

110834 io_control01.c:112: TFAIL: Expect: (rbytes=57344) > (st_rbytes=122880)
110845 io_control01.c:112: TFAIL: Expect: (rbytes=77824) > (st_rbytes=122880)

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for the report, it looks like this issue can be fixed by LTP 20240524, I will test this out on bare-metals.
