Bug Description

On s2024.04.01 bionic:linux-aws-fips the fips_test suite and fips_test test case fails with '[stderr] uvt-kvm: error: domain 'fips-remote' not found.' for instances c3.xlarge, c5n.large, and t3a.2xlarge. The whole log output for c3.xlarge is attached to this bug report.

This issue has gone after installing the correct FIPS compliant userspace packages during the deployment stage.
Tests have been restarted and not failing with this any more.

Therefore I will close this bug. Thanks!
