Issue found on Jammy 5.15 since 5.15.0-93.103 (sru-20240108) on manually provisioned s390x instance kernel07 and s2lp4.

Since this issue does not exist on openstack s390x instance, it's probably related to the test environment.
Also, this test case does not exist before our recent LTP fork update before sru-20240108.
This is affecting Mantic 6.5 s390x manually provisioned instances as well.
