hugetlb tests in ubuntu_ltp_stable failed on KVM kernels (TBROK: Failed to open FILE '/proc/sys/vm/compact_memory' for writing: ENOENT)

This issue came up after recent LTP update [1], and this issue can only be found on KVM kernels.

It looks like all sub-tests are failing with "TBROK: Failed to open FILE '/proc/sys/vm/compact_memory' for writing: ENOENT", test log:

Bisect shows commit acf46111b5 hugetlb: compacting memory to reduce fragmental pages is the cause [2].
