ioctl01 from ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed on PowerPC with 4.15+ (termios test timeout)

This issue pops up after updating to the latest tip of LTP test suite (commit 776b57984 "rwtest: Remove df symlink check")

It's only failing with PowerPC, from 4.15 and newer.

This failure seems to be caused by the new termios test added in https://github.com/linux-test-project/ltp/commit/813457d01c2b3db6e1f5f1fa4291b932e132bb30
