test_verifier in ubuntu_bpf failed with 12 test cases on J-hwe-6.2 / L-6.2 64k ARM64 openstack and powerpc VM

Issue found on openstack 64k ARM64 instances and PowerPC VM:
 * 6.2.0-36.37~22.04.1 generic-64k, generic PowerPC
 * 6.2.0-1016.16~22.04.1 lowlatency-64k (PowerPC not supported with lowlatency kernel)

This is not a regression this cycle, it can be traced back to 6.2.0-1012.12~22.04.1 and 6.2.0-32.32~22.04.1 in sru-20230807
