test_verifier in ubuntu_bpf failed with J-oem-6.1 -1019 (precise: ST insn causing spi > allocated_stack FAIL)

With 6.1.0-1019-oem in -proposed, the ubuntu_bpf test build issue (bug 2028932) has been fixed,

But test_verifier test reported that there is a new failure:
