madvise11 in ubuntu_ltp_syscalls failed with 4.15 kernel

When testing the LTP update (LTP 20230516, commit 3ebc2dfa85c) on Oracle cloud.

The newly added madvise11 test will fail on specific instances, with X-oracle-4.15.0-1121.132~16.04.1
