Bug Description
Issue found with F-gke-5.
Test timeout with threshold set to 3600 seconds.
A manual test on this instance with the exact kernel show the test will just take 42 minutes to run when running this test directly. So this 1hr threshold should be enough.
It's probably caused by other tests, like the msgstress03 before this test.
We might need to bump the timeout threshold to see how long will it take.
