ubuntu_kernel_selftests.net:fcnal-test.sh exceeds the testcase timeout

The ubuntu_kernel_selftests.net:fcnal-test.sh testcase is exceeding the timeout used across all the other test cases:

This was observed on three different systems (kili, blanka, kuzzle) all running jammy/linux. In all three cases, the timeout interrupted the "Run time tests - ipv6" set of tests.

Further testing on kili determined that the test needed 6 more minutes to run. Given the consistency in times on these three systems, it's probably safe to assume that the other systems would have needed roughly the same amount of time to complete.

Proposal is to bump the standard timeout from 2700 seconds (45 minutes) to 4500 seconds (75 minutes) just of this one testcase.
