Bug Description

The ADT tests need to be ported to python3 to allow removal of the dependency on python2 which is being removed in 23.04, lunar.

Both the kernel-testing scripts and the autotest framework for running the kernel's ADT test suite need to be ported to python3. This is being done by forking both into a separate autotest3 branches containing the python2 to python3 port.

This bug is awaiting verification that the linux-oem-6.1/6.1.0-1008.8 kernel in -proposed solves the problem. Please test the kernel and update this bug with the results. If the problem is solved, change the tag 'verification-needed-jammy' to 'verification-done-jammy'. If the problem still exists, change the tag 'verification-needed-jammy' to 'verification-failed-jammy'.

If verification is not done by 5 working days from today, this fix will be dropped from the source code, and this bug will be closed.

See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you!
