pmu in ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests failed on AMD node with B-4.15 and openstack

Issue found with kvm-unit-test repo updated to e11a0e2f88 ("s390x: Fix integer literal in skey.c") upstream. Failing on AMD node riccioli only with B-4.15

Spotted on focal linux oracle 5.15 on a VM.Standard.E3.Flex-4c.8m on Oracle cloud.

To clarify linux oracle 5.15 is flaky and this test can eventually pass.
