pmu-chained-sw-incr from ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests failed on K-arm64

Issue found with kvm-unit-test repo updated to e11a0e2f88 ("s390x: Fix integer literal in skey.c") upstream.

Test failed with:
  * FAIL: pmu: pmu-chained-sw-incr: overflow and chain counter incremented after 100 SW_INCR/CHAIN
  * FAIL: pmu: pmu-chained-sw-incr: expected overflows and values after 100 SW_INCR/CHAIN
