pmu-chained-counters from ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests failed on K-arm64

Issue found with kvm-unit-test repo updated to e11a0e2f88 ("s390x: Fix integer literal in skey.c") upstream.

Test failed with:
  * FAIL: pmu: pmu-chained-counters: overflow recorded for chained incr #1
