ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests panic-loop-pgm fails on bionic s390x

ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests panic-loop-pgm fails on bionic s390x with kernel bionic/linux kernel 4.15.0-194.205 on s2lp3 and kernel02 in cycle 2022.09.19.

This looks like a new test case being added and was not tested in the last cycle.
