ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests firq-linear-cpu-ids-tcg fails on bionic s390x with timeout

ubuntu_kvm_unit_tests firq-linear-cpu-ids-tcg fails on bionic amd64 with a timeout with bionic/linux kernel 4.15.0-194.205 on s2lp3 and kernel02 in cycle 2022.09.19.

This looks like a new test case being added and was not run in the previous cycle, so does not look like a regression.

Yes, this is because of the recent test suite update, with kvm-unit-test repo updated to d8a4f9e5 (ci: Update the list of tests that we run in the Fedora Cirrus-CI).
