Bug Description
Currently we don't have a test case to test hibernation as the SUT will disconnect. Causing test interrupt.
Steps described from STS team:
From web UI, create a Jammy VM on AWS ec2 then hibernate it. The target VM will crash.
We might need to find a way to test this.
