The rtc test is failing constantly since F-oracle-5.15.0-1016 on this node, bug 1987831

Also, I noticed that CONFIG_RTC_DRV_EFI is set to y on F-oracle-5.15
$ grep CONFIG_RTC_DRV_EFI /boot/config-5.15.0-101*
/boot/config-5.15.0-1013-oracle:CONFIG_RTC_DRV_EFI=y
/boot/config-5.15.0-1015-oracle:CONFIG_RTC_DRV_EFI=y
/boot/config-5.15.0-1016-oracle:CONFIG_RTC_DRV_EFI=y

Maybe this is why this test is not working on other kernels.
